HUA HIN, Thailand - Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Anak Koonmark as the resort’s executive chef.

Chef Anak Koonmark, who was most recently pre-opening executive chef at the Anantara Peach Haven Tangalle Resort Goyambokka Estate in Sri Lanka, will helm the resort’s culinary team.  Prior to this engagement, the seasoned food professional has held several executive chef positions across Thailand, Indonesia and China.

A Thai national, Chef Anak, who has worked with some of the country’s most prestigious hotel groups and won several industry awards, brings with him over 25 years of international experience and culinary excellence.

Chef Anak will be in charge of the hotel’s six restaurants & bars, including the award-winning White Lotus Restaurant & Sky Bar and The Market, as well as event spaces for up to 1,500 guests.
